Miracles can happen when you wish upon a star -- and Malaysian fans may be among the lucky few to meet teen superstar Justin Bieber on his return visit to the country on 14 July.

Bieber, whose new album, Believe, is already racing up the charts and destined to become another blockbuster hit album, will be in Kuala Lumpur to promote the album and meet his most ardent fans.

In conjunction with Bieber’s visit, Universal Malaysia is organising a “Girlfriend Day Out” promotion at selected music retail outlets. Fans who purchase a copy of Believe will also get the “Ultimate Girlfriend Passport”. To win a chance to meet their favourite teen idol, fans need only bring along the “Ultimate Girlfriend Passport” to the following outlets:

• Johor Bharu: 30 June, 1:00 pm, Ground Floor Atrium, KSL City
• Penang: 30 June, 2:00 pm, Artist Gallery, Queensbay Mall
• Melaka: 30 June, 6:00 pm, South Entrance, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall
• Kuala Lumpur: 1 July, 2:00 pm, Speedy Video, IPC Shopping Centre (formerly known as Ikano Power Centre)

“Ultimate Girlfriend Passport” holders who attend the “Girlfriend Day Out” event at the above-mentioned outlets stand a chance to win an invite to the Justin Bieber Press Conference. Those who attend the “Girlfriend Day Out” event can also redeem a serialised “Certification of Participation”. Certificate holders who are the first callers and match the specific range of serial numbers exclusively announced on Hitz.FM from 9 - 13 July between 8:00 – 10:00 pm can win a meet-and-greet pass with Bieber.
